“Erin Sullivan and Ariel Tyler Page, as the scheming mother-daughter duo of Amber and Velma Von Tussle, are appropriately manipulative and entitled in their roles as main antagonists to Tracy."

"The conniving mother and daughter, Erin Sullivan as Amber Von Tussle and Ariel Tyler Page as her mother Velma, are juicy in their meanness... they vamp and slink and parody their way through roles that make the audience love to hate them."

"A good instructor can make a daunting subject seem at least manageable, if not fun. At New York's Pace University, senior Ariel Tyler Page has talked to agents and sat in with casting director Bob Cline -- her musical theatre auditioning instructor -- during a casting session for a production of The Full Monty. Page's senior-year requirements include auditioning class, a showcase, and The Business of Acting, for which she put together a business plan and weekly and monthly budgets. "I'm glad I'm learning it now so that when I graduate I don't have to think about it on my own," Page says. "This is a chance to consider what it's really going to be like. I'm glad I'm getting the practice."

"As the Leading Player, Ariel Tyler Page completely immerses herself in the show's scope of reality and balances the breaks of the fourth wall with keeping the audience's illusions in tact. Her side glances and reactions to the events and characters seem inadvertent but are carefully planned. Her vocal ability brings Apollo to tears of envy, and the combined result is the reason she has been tearing up the stage and worthy to a comparison to a younger version of Bernadette Peters." |
